Uppeal is an article with a high content of natural waste (apple). Differences of color and tone between batches, as well as small defects of the surface are proof of the product being natural.
Seat belts are upcycled material and may show slight signs of wear.

UPPEAL™ is a vegan, cruelty-free alternative to animal leather made from the waste of apples - including leftover pulp, skins and seeds that are otherwise sent to landfill or burned - grown for juice and jam in Northern Italy. The powder, obtained by dehydration and grinding of apple waste, is then used to substitute oil and other fossil fuel derivatives, combined with polyurethane for durability and coated onto a sustainable canvas - polyester GRS and cotton GRS - to create UPPEAL™. It is vegan, versatile and waterproof.

UPPEAL™ comply with REACH regulations and is PVC free.

 

The seat belts are recuperated material - upcycled material. They are recovered from dismantled vehicles from disused vehicles and subsequently washed and sanitized.

 

3D mesh is a three-dimensional 100% post-consumer recycled polyester fabric.

 

The lining is made of 100% recycled nylon.
